Oversee manufacturing operations for custom conversions for handicap accessible vehicles. Responsible for manufacturing schedules, inventory, employee relations and plant safety.

Pyper Products Corporation, Battle Creek, MI

Lead, coach and manage all operations within manufacturing setting. Responsible for meeting internal quality, on time delivery, process capability, and productivity goals. Ensure the objectives of the company are being met directly through the supervision of the plant's management staff. Develop and maintain performance metrics for manufacturing. Initiated technical setup of Corporation, including process parameters, machine qualification, and component integrity in compliance with customer specifications. Responsible for overseeing the following departments: quality, materials shipping/receiving, and maintenance. Schedule manufacturing manpower for machine operations, mold changes to ensure and schedule weekly production needs to ensure customer needs are met.
Responsibilities included supervision of all areas of production for 40 employees in the injection molding facility.  Maintained compliance with all customer requirements including: Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Problem Corrective Action Report (PCAR). Responsible for the purchasing supplies for manufacturing needs.

Supervised production associates with 15 employees while responsible for technical aspects of molding. Technical responsibilities included handling various resin types, set-up and clean up of auxiliary equipment for the injection molding process.
